More energy.&nbsp; More fresh air.&nbsp; More moments that feel like <em>you<\/em> again. That\u2019s exactly why I created this <strong>30 Day Spring Into Wellness Challenge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><strong>Not Your Typical \u201cChallenge\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Most wellness challenges feel like a lot with strict rules, big commitments, and all-or-nothing expectations. Living in an overcommitted world (especially for moms) that\u2019s the last thing you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">This challenge is different. It\u2019s built around <strong>small, simple habits<\/strong> that fit into your real life, not routines that require hours of extra time or energy you don\u2019t have.
